warranty claims

Use this form for American Standard, Ameristar, Mitsubishi, RGF and any other HVAC warranty claims.
All claims must be submitted within 15 days from failure date for credit consideration.
Return the failed part to your Holt Supply branch..
Non- American Standard dealers will be charged fee of $25 for parts up to $250.
For parts over $250, the fee will equal 15% of the cost of the failed part.
This applies to American Standard, Trane and Ameristar units..
Please hold onto failed part until you receive credit...
