Refunds will be granted if item is returned in same condition as shipped .
Any item that is returned and either is not in Packaging or is damaged in any way, Customer will be refunded at HVAC Warehouse's discretion of revised resale value.
Refunds will be given to items that have been shipped and received within 14 days of ship date.
We pay to have the product shipped to the buyer.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
