Look on the back of your unit, and you'll find the number listed on silver series rating-plate located above the valve connections.

Remove the door and look inside the unit.
You should be able to see the number on rating-plate or decal right on the front of ventilator or coil and on the side if you have fan coil..
You should be able to find the number on inside the front access panel..
take look on the front or sides for the number we try to make them easy to find.
