Hello Everybody, We are food service dealer based Miami and we are looking at helping our team members with their careers Commercial Food Equipment repairs and installation.
Some of our team members are very efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to mechanical-related issues.
Our issue is that we do not know where to start to get them certified and licensed.
Does anybody got any recommendations as to what type of courses, licenses, or certifications we can send our guys to.
Hot or cold side they cross bit, and are definitely different tracks..
Manufacturer's have service classes as well...
Our aim is to have them train in both areas..
