I believe the tube is in the right position.
I have done some calibrations and it would appear Thermocouple and controller working properly.
Also, based on running pizza thru the oven, that without the temp kicking, that the temperature is not as hot as it should..
T1 has capillary tube and goes into the chamber, T2 is the control box high limit next to the air pressure switch and is surface mount Klixon type.
If it's T2, replace the control box fan as it trips at 149F. Or you have insulation gasket that was not replaced when you had the back off.
It's T1, and I replaced the insulation.
I just opened it back up and moved the tube so it's touching the inlet of the oven.
I know it's not supposed to be touching anything except I did that because I knew it would bring the temp down tad.
I then set the thermostat to 550 F, set my speed to 6 minutes and cooked pizza without temp.
This makes me believe OT I just bought is not accurate, although the old one seemed to do the exact same thing...
