Further, it's not sold at huge profit to third world countries..
Third world countries do not have caps on refrigerant production, or tariffs on Chinese refrigerant their refrigerant is dirt cheap.
This refrigerant is recycled and stays in the country, or apparently the really mixed stuff is burned for carbon credits...
