The best way to avoid this problem is to hire people who are not afraid of speaking up when they see something wrong that needs to be corrected.
You might be idea person, and that does not mean you should be the only one in the room with in how things get done.
While this might be true initially, it's often better than continuing down the path only to waste time and resources trying to correct something that should have been fixed ago.
The sooner you realize that admitting your mistakes will make you stronger as leader, the sooner your company will begin growing in ways. 4.
They might be afraid that others will expect the same thing.
They will reach their peak and then begin downward spiral that leads to failure if they do not know when to step aside.
