Re Household appliance service contract with ECM, we had service call in 2018 and we needed to and washer.
I found the part on the manufacturers authorized repair website and had the needed part in my hands within 48 hours, and completed the repair myself.
On 6 2023 we called ECM for service to diagnose problem code, that ECM had taken the washer off our appliance list and refused to provide service.
