Category II is condensing appliance with flue.
Fan is used to help move air through heat exchanger only.
The heater is Category I, non-condensing and flue.
Cat I and Cat II can be tied in together and need vertical stack, and you also need to confirm with Cat II manual..
furnace that is fan assisted could be any of the four categories so you have to check with the manual.
IV, power vented, is condensing and flue and is vented with PVC and can be horizontal..
The tee is the same size as the common and they both rise as high as possible before connecting so there is not anything wrong here since we ca not see the stack...
