Tri County Air Conditioning and Heating has served the families and businesses of Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte counties with their A C replacement needs since 1977.
We have been owned and operated by Swanson family from the beginning, with the generation currently ownership and the generation working in the business.
Due to more frequent repairs, we have decided to partner with the manufacturers.
In 1989, I moved to Florida from South Jersey Shore and began working in the air conditioning and heating industry.
At first, I started working in the industry as Electrician, and I have been in the air conditioning industry specifically since 2011 when I started working for Tri County Air.
I have gathered lot of knowledge during my time here have earned Air Advice for Homes Certified Specialist designation and I am also part of Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor Program.
I was born and raised Venice, FL and graduated from Venice High School in 2004 where I met my wife, Cortney.
I was born Sarasota, and I grew up mostly Adel, GA and then moved back to Florida in 2003.
I enjoy working with everyone here at Tri County Air and the best part of my job is getting A C up and running promptly and being able to offer customers products to best suit their needs at fair price.
I've done everything from new HVAC rough-ins to new equipment system installations I have been Service Technician and Comfort Advisor.
